  2. 02Nora explains calmly, briefly and simply what happened.
  3. 03She has already reviewed the alarm: which zone, which detector, when.
  4. 04If it's real, Nora transfers you to the emergency number – you just pass on the facts she gave you.

Not everyone should have your Ajax app

Many people don't want to fiddle with apps. They want to call – or be called.

Call list

Neighbours, in-laws and friends

They want to help when you're away – but not download apps, create accounts or get notifications around the clock. Put them on Senturia's call list and Nora calls them when needed.

Authorisation

Deliveries, tradespeople and service

People you have approved can call in, state their name and code word – and Nora can open the gate or disarm, if you've allowed it for your property. They never need your Ajax app.

Backup

Phone dead, lost or stolen?

Borrow any phone, call Senturia, give your address, name and code word – and Nora can disarm or open the gate for you.

Security

Not everyone should have the app

Everyone with the Ajax app has access to your system. With Senturia they get the right help by phone – without the keys to your whole alarm.
