Autonomous AI alarm orchestration for Ajax · Launch Q1 2027

The alarm centre
is dead. Senturia – autonomous AI alarm orchestration, no operator

Senturia replaces the old monitoring centre with pure AI. Ajax sends the alarm – Nora has already read it, called the right person, verified the code and disarmed – in seconds, with no operator and no queue.

For installers

Built for installers. Not for the old giants.

Ajax Systems deserves more than a 1994 phone queue. Keep both the customer and the monthly revenue.

  • 01You build the relationship, quote and install. Then you hand over the customer — and all future revenue.
  • 02The old monitoring centre's own installation team can take your customer at the next upgrade.
  • 03Ajax is like the iPhone when it launched. Monitoring is stuck in the past. That's why we built Senturia.
  • 04You keep the customer relationship and the monthly revenue. Your customer gets monitoring built for Ajax.
  • Stop giving away your customers.
Meet Nora

Not a human.
Not an answering machine.

Nora speaks naturally, understands regional accents, sees what the camera sees and can disarm, arm or open the gate — right on the call. You can even call her yourself.

30 years of the same thing. We're done with that.

The old alarm centre
  • Minutes before anyone answers
  • An operator reading from a script
  • Calls one person at a time during a hold-up
  • Wakes the customer at 3 am over a battery fault
  • Can't control your system
  • High monthly fees
Senturia
  • →Calls in seconds
  • →Assesses the image before calling
  • →Calls every contact at once during a hold-up
  • →Technical faults go to the installer – by call or email
  • →Disarms, arms and opens the gate by voice
  • →A fraction of the price

Security

Clear rules. Controlled actions.

Senturia combines AI-powered alarm handling with technical controls for verification, authorisation and review.

01

Site-specific permissions

Each site's settings determine which actions can be performed by phone, such as arming and disarming.

02

Numeric codes checked by the server

In the voice agent's numeric code workflow, the server checks whether the code is correct. The AI model cannot approve it independently.

03

Lockout after repeated failed attempts

Inbound calls are subject to limits on repeated calls and a temporary lockout after multiple incorrect code attempts.

04

Logging for review

Executed voice commands and their results are recorded for subsequent review.

05

Signature verification for incoming alarms

The alarm webhook checks a cryptographic signature and rejects messages without a valid signature.

For Ajax installers

You install the hardware. Why should someone else own the customer relationship?

Are you an Ajax installer or a security company using Ajax PRO? With Senturia, you sell alarm monitoring as part of your own offering, set your own prices and build recurring revenue from every Ajax hub you've already installed — without running your own alarm centre.

Every application is reviewed manually. Not everyone will be accepted.

Frequently asked questions

Is Senturia an AI alarm centre?

Senturia is the next generation of what people look for in an AI alarm centre – but it is not a traditional alarm receiving centre. It is autonomous software that forwards Ajax alarms by AI voice straight to your call list and lets you control the system by voice. Senturia is not a licensed security company, does not dispatch guards and does not call emergency services.

What is autonomous alarm orchestration?

Autonomous alarm orchestration handles alarms entirely without a human operator. Senturia receives the alarm from the Ajax hub, assesses the camera image, calls contacts with a natural voice and verifies the code word – in seconds, day and night.

How does alarm orchestration without an operator work?

The AI agent Nora follows the customer's action plan: call list, code word and instructions. She can disarm, arm or control relays such as gates during the call, and works through the call list. The customer always decides the response.

I'm an Ajax installer — how do I connect my customers?

Apply to become a partner, register your customers' Ajax hubs in the portal using their hub IDs, and set your own customer pricing. You own the customer relationship and the recurring revenue.

Does Senturia work with Ajax MotionCam and relays?

Yes. Senturia is built for Ajax Systems and uses MotionCam images in its assessment. It can also control Ajax Relay and Socket by voice after verifying the passcode.

What happens during a panic or hold-up alarm?

Nora calls every contact on the call list at the same time – except the person who pressed – and tells them who triggered the alarm and where they were. She does not connect to emergency services; if life is at risk, always call the local emergency number yourself.

Do my customers have to be woken by technical faults?

No. For each site you choose which events Nora calls about. Technical faults like power loss or low battery can go straight to the installer's service contact, or only as an email report.

Can Senturia send alarm reports by email?

Yes, optional per site: reports for technical faults or all alarms, with site, zone, device, time and status. One email per event.
